Tiffany, the finance manager, pressured me to purchase add-on products despite me clearly stating I was not interested. Even after I explained that I needed to leave, she continued pushing Gap insurance a add-on products despite me clearly stating I was not interested. Her attitude changed, and you could tell that she was visibly upset and annoyed that I did not buy any additional add-on packages beyond simply purchasing the car. I hope this feedback is used to improve future customer experiences. More

Addison, the sales associate, did not provide guidance or support during the purchase process. Keeping to your word is key thru the process and keeping relationships. Mgr tried to tell me different but once he seen all the info and worksheet they obviously honored the deal we made prior over the phon relationships. Only cause I was in the industry they knew recommending them in near future is priceless. Did I have a better deal further yes but did I want to travel even further no. Addison treated us like family and was truly the most patient person I ever dealt with. Coming out of this industry and going from transportation to location wasn’t easy and just seeing the everything all over again I definitely give him all the credit for making this process as smooth as it could be. Prep department which is down the block helped a lot also to get the vehicle ready quickly and efficiently. We are truly enjoying our hybrid.
