Phase 2 delivering the car As a CPO car I was expecting to have a brand new car with some milage, at least someone to check the car before handing it over to us 1- even that we ask the car to be cleaned, it take them 2 times to clean the car(not a big deal) 2- the cooling fluid was almost empty, the windshield fluid was empty. 3- the battery for the auto start/stop need to be replaced. 4- the car battery needs to be replaced 5- the fob battery needs to be replaced 6- one of the tires has a big cut Phase 3 maintenance Actually Richard helped me to address most of the car issues except the fob battery and the tire - the car still under 36k - but it takes me 3 trips to the dealership after buying the car More

I haven’t been to a dealership like this in years and believed that every dealership was the same but not this place. Being a dodge man there’s no place else I would go and by the way the first dealership turned me off so bad I walked out on them. Great job guys I look forward to great customer service from here on. More

We had to be in Titusville in the next few hours, so we Stopped here at a whim on a Sunday to look at a 16 Scat Pack Charger that they had on the lot. We had to be in Titusville in the next few hours, so we were on a tight schedule. After deciding to buy the car, I told the salesman that they had exactly 2 1/2 hours to finish the deal and to have keys in my hand or I would have to leave. Adil made it happen and we were on our way in under 2 hours. Great job to all, very pleasant experience all around. More
