I purchased a car 5 days later it stopped working and all lights on the dashboard came on. Immediately returned it to the dealership and it had a major issue that couldn’t be fixed there so it was sent to an lights on the dashboard came on. Immediately returned it to the dealership and it had a major issue that couldn’t be fixed there so it was sent to another dealership. It’s been over a month and I haven’t heard back from them. Until I go to the dealership to ask what’s going on with the car and the coordinator tells me that they have to repair or replace the engine. I ask to cancel contract because I’m not satisfied with my purchase but they refuse. I rate them a one star because of the bad experience and bad customer service. More
