Edit: canceling my GAP has been a horrible experience. Several calls were made to finance and no call backs. I am owed $800 back and no one cares to refund. Customer service was great while there but not after you leave. Wouldn’t suggest using them to finance or get GAP thru them. Big company equals big problems. Steve called me about my inquiry on a 2023 Pathfinder and contacted me immediately and was waiting for me to pull up with the vehicle ready to test drive. It was love at first sight. He was very nice, professional and very helpful. More
