It has not been the best purchase since the salesman left immediately after purchase and there were issues with the vehicle when I picked it up and 3 major issues with vehicle in just a few months after purc immediately after purchase and there were issues with the vehicle when I picked it up and 3 major issues with vehicle in just a few months after purchase. Although not really dealership issues but the way it got handled wasn't top notch, but it did get handled. I stayed with Bayside on this purchase because of the quality service I received from Bayside in Prince Frederick but can't say I have received the same personal service as I got there with this dealership. Isaac was a great salesperson. He was knowledgeable of the cars I was looking at and sought out more information when I asked. Additionally there was a small scuff on my rear view He was knowledgeable of the cars I was looking at and sought out more information when I asked. The service write up did not use the coupon that I brought in. The vehicle was serviced quickly, but they recommended further service after the vehicle was returned. They said they drove the car but t brought in. The vehicle was serviced quickly, but they recommended further service after the vehicle was returned. They said they drove the car but there was no additional miles. Then they were going to charge me for diagnostics that are covered under warranty. I will not take it back unless I have to. More

Dropped my car off and told them oil change, wash, vacuum and top of wiperfluids. We get a call after it's paid for and we pick up keys that the window was left down. We get to dealership and they never wash and top of wiperfluids. We get a call after it's paid for and we pick up keys that the window was left down. We get to dealership and they never washed, vacuumed or topped off the fluid. We have 3 vehicles we bring here..but not anymore! This happened before as well. Sorry won't go for 3 strikes, my time is worth more than that. More

I have bought a few vehicles from this dealership over the years. Years back I had a poor experience and they have completely turned that around. The facility is gorgeous but the staff and attitude has ch the years. Years back I had a poor experience and they have completely turned that around. The facility is gorgeous but the staff and attitude has changed. I had five stops on my plan to trade my Bronco Raptor in for a new Raptor truck. The first dealership I went to wasn't worth the drive. Bayside was my second but should have been my first! I appreciate the no stress environment. Dustin is the broest of bro managers! I can't say enough how refreshing it is to not deal with underhand tactics. The man listens and takes action. Guaranteed he will be the first phone call I make on a new purchase. The salesman Andrew was extremely adequate! He was learning the ropes and was a super easy person to talk with. The new location is gorgeous and the staff are friendly. They are eager to take care of the customer and generate sales. Even Mike was the Mikest I have ever seen him! Kaitlyn shot her shot at the ESP and if I knew I would keep the vehicle long term, I would have gotten it. Again a solid experience from the staff. The new location is working for them. In case the reader of this hasn't figured it out, I will continue to try to give them my business and build relationships with the staff. They are worth it! Give them a shot at your business.
