Fix my tire. I called the service department at 5pm with a bolt in my tire. They were super nice and helpful. I was able to get to the service department a few min I called the service department at 5pm with a bolt in my tire. They were super nice and helpful. I was able to get to the service department a few minutes before 6pm and they fixed my tired in minutes and had me back on my way. They are always respectful and helpful in the service department. Oil change & tire rotation My appointment was scheduled with Ralph, who was MIA. Mark Sias didn't miss a beat & was quick to jump in & take care of things. Quality & efficiency. My appointment was scheduled with Ralph, who was MIA. Mark Sias didn't miss a beat & was quick to jump in & take care of things. Quality & efficiency. On my previous visit for service Aki Shulok was absolutely fantastic!!! I had my 2 pups with me coming from their vet visit. When the 1 pup had an allergic reaction to her shots, Aki literally sprang into action to get my vehicle so I could return to the vet immediately. Aki went above and beyond, as I told her when I return to complete the service. She helped with an emergency situation more than I can explain here. Thanks is not enough, Aki!!! It's nice to see these amazing people sharing their gifts of terrific service with others. What a blessing it would be for all of us to learn this lesson & pay it forward. More

Good work but Everyone is friendly and the work is good. My problem is I came in for an oil change and watched as 5 people came in after me and all were serviced an Everyone is friendly and the work is good. My problem is I came in for an oil change and watched as 5 people came in after me and all were serviced and left and I still waited another 20min before my GMC, that I bought at Nissan, was ready. Just seemed that I was treated as a last priority because I didn’t have a Nissan. More

Keep a Careful Check Very polite, but missed some things: Broken driver's visor not repaired as requested and the switch for oil change not reset. I since had to drive Very polite, but missed some things: Broken driver's visor not repaired as requested and the switch for oil change not reset. I since had to drive over 600 miles being constantly reminded to change oil and filter which was just done. Also the annoying visor flopping in the way. I will not be back in the area for several weeks. Very disappointed. More
