Services was excellent and extremely transparent! I have had several services completed at DeNooyer but this service takes the cake! Warranty company refused to cover the repair but my service technic I have had several services completed at DeNooyer but this service takes the cake! Warranty company refused to cover the repair but my service technician fought tooth and nail for me! I really appreciate the service these Tech's provide and it will keep me and my family coming back to this dealership for years to come. The courtesy vehicle was great as well! More

Great job Had a few issues with a previously owned vehicle that we bought through Denooyer. I have been to service 2 times for unrelated problems and each time Had a few issues with a previously owned vehicle that we bought through Denooyer. I have been to service 2 times for unrelated problems and each time they were very attentive to issues with the car. I was put into loaner car and was in and out quickly. Communicating was great with dealership and car was ready when expected. Great all around team! More

didnt want to honor the warranty i bought the car there 3 weeks ago for the first 2 weeks they honored the warranty but a the 3rd week they wanted to charge me for the repair, the car i bought the car there 3 weeks ago for the first 2 weeks they honored the warranty but a the 3rd week they wanted to charge me for the repair, the car is supost to have a 60 day warranty from the dealer. not too happy after the third visit More

Service The staff, especially Dwane, was extremely helpful with the unexpected need for more than a quick visit. I also liked that we are able to make appoin The staff, especially Dwane, was extremely helpful with the unexpected need for more than a quick visit. I also liked that we are able to make appointments online and the facility is comfortable to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. We were kept informed about the issue and notified immediately when the car was ready for pickup. They were able to complete the work and have our vehicle ready in one day. Very impressed and happy we purchased our Traverse from DeNooyer! More

My first service. this was my first service and no one i dealt with, except for Akiem, was particularly friendly. Anastasia, instead of using google maps to look up this was my first service and no one i dealt with, except for Akiem, was particularly friendly. Anastasia, instead of using google maps to look up the actual address where i was going in the shuttle, just searched the city, which put me outside the shuttles radius by 2 miles. she happily told me that there was nothing she could do. I then asked to speak with the manager. The manager called me back and resolved the issue by providing me with a rental car for the day. this was greatly appreciated but totally unnecessary and could have been avoided all together had Anastasia just looked up the address. when i arrived at my first service i was begrudgingly greeted by Dan. Dan seemed more interested in telling me that they don't give out rental cars for just oil changes then he did in checking me in for my first service. he didn't even know the back story and why i was being given the car. he then promptly called the manger without even asking me if i would mind holding. after a brief conversation with the manager he curtly pointed me in the direction of the rental agent, stating that "when you're done with him, bring me your keys". Akiem, the rental agent, was great and super helpful and friendly. when i returned to pick my vehicle up i was again by an unfriendly youngish woman behind the glass window. She just handed me by paperwork and didn't even explain to me the services that were preformed. she just point to my receipt and said that "it's explained somewhere in that paragraph". I'll give them a second chance. My next service is August, if it's the same i will not be going back there. There are plenty of other options in this area. Th More
