Derek was responsive over email/text/phone, proactive, fast/efficient, transparent, and friendly. I was comfortable negotiating with him around a financing sweet spot and came way feeling like a genuine e fast/efficient, transparent, and friendly. I will say that Derek sometimes seems very busy, doing a few things at once...but to be 100% honest, it didn't affect the communication or deal at all. He's popular for a reason. And I'd come back to Weeks in a heartbeat. Al is a cool cat. More

The process was the easiest car purchase I have ever done. I emailed my inquiry to the dealer Derek replied to my email and followed up with a phone call and scheduled a test drive. I made the 1.5 hour trip, was pleasantly greeted with the car ready and waiting for me. The car was as it was pictured online they were clear and concise with financing and all the paperwork was done within the hour. They even took care of a scratches I saw on the rear bumper I had to come back for the vehicle but it was worth the wait everything was taken care of. As usual great customer service when buying. But after I got home I gave the vehicle a more in depth inspection and discovered that the air filters hadn't been changed as stated. Here is usually where you follow up with the dealer and they give you the runaround because you have already purchased the USED car and they are done with you. But that was NOT the case here AL DI FUSCO the sales manager was awesome handled everything with the most professional client service ever. They actually met me half way so I would not have to make the trip back gave me a loaner vehicle, the service department took care of everything and I had my car back within 2 days. The experience was that of luxury brand new dealer not a used car lot at all. If you are looking for a preowned vehicle and can make it out to Weeks Pre Owned they are worth the trip. More

Even after I chose then decided against the first used audi we looked at, he was as kind and understanding as you would hope! He didn't miss a beat and put me in the perfect A4, I love it. Derek was even patient with my husband, no easy task!(SMILE)! Al was also wonderful and regaled us with his interesting life so far..while he & my husband compared their roots in the Bronx. No pressure sales and wonderful support to get us into the vehicle - and possibly vehicles, we are happy with; thanks so much! More
