Overall this was not a good buying experience. Al was good It took me forever to get a sales person to contact me, after I sent an email on exactly what I wanted. Even did a couple of on line chats but nobody It took me forever to get a sales person to contact me, after I sent an email on exactly what I wanted. Even did a couple of on line chats but nobody called me back roughly about 4 days and then I had to contact a sales manager so we started off on the wrong foot. they did finally locate the car I wanted. Told me it would probably be in the first week of June so that set my expectation. 1st week passes, no communicatio, 2nd week passed, no communication. I finally sent an email on the third week of June and then got a reply that my car was in. Set up an appointment on Monday June 25th at 6:00 as I was told the car would be ready. Got there at 6 and the car was not ready. They were to install a trailer hitch. I waited over 3 hours to meet with someone from finance to fill out the paperwork and wad actually getting ready to go home when the manager finally met mr. Did not get home until 9:30pm. Now I have an appointment at 5:30 today to pick it up. I hope it is ready. Al was good but had too many xxxxx in the air at one time. He did work hard to get me the right car but overall a bad buying experience. More
