The dealership has always been great but today my experience was a little different. I had a service appointment at 9, but was 15 minutes late. I have been here 3 hours and 45 minutes! I had to wait while the technician took his 30 minute lunch break while doing a reprogramming recall on my car. Appointment has taken more time than it should have. I understand and accept that the recall service takes a couple of hours, but come on! More
