After seeing the vehicle (Honda Ridgeline) on the lot late one Saturday evening, I contacted Eric Jones via email. Even though he was on vacation, he took the extra effort to contact me to discuss the vehicle and my potential trade. Eric worked around my extremely busy schedule to set up a test drive and eventually, sales transaction. The last time I purchased a vehicle at a dearship was in 1999; this experience was very different and much more enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. They even detailed the vehicle so well it looked brand new!

After a bad experience at National Dodge in Jacksonville on Monday I decided to stop at Sanders Ford. I saw John in the parking lot and I know I probably was not very nice due to the run around I received in Jacksonville but John asked if he could go to work for me to find what I was looking for in a truck. Friday I bought a new truck!! Thanks John for all your help!!!!

Eric is a friendly and knowledgeable. He was helpful when we first walked in and told him that we were only part way through our evaluation of several different car models at different dealerships. He did not try to try to pressure us to make a decision that day as many car sales people may tend to try and do. When we called him a week later and told him we were ready to buy. Overall, a generally enjoyable experience, and we have already recommended him to friends at church.

Went to the dealer to buy a Fusion and was met in the parking lot by John Keating. He showed me several vehicles and I was interested in the Fusion. John was very knowledgeable about the different settings of the car and explained each one very efficiently. He obviously knew the car. I was going to get the windows tinted and decided not to and Mr. Mooney made me a generous offer of oil changes in place of the window tinting. I feel that the management and salesmen of the business go out of their way to please their customers and give them a fair deal.

The dealer had a vehicle that met my needs. I was not ready to buy when I walked in but I loved the car I purchased. The negotiation went well and I paid what I believe was a fair price. The sales process went will but was a bit slower that expected. The car was deleiver and the training went well.

My husband and I were interested in buying a used Ford Escape, 2011 or newer. We settled on a 2012 model with low mileage. The price was very fair and we recieved a good trade in vlaue for our old vehicle. The staff is what really made the experience most enjoyable. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I would also like to single Eric Jones out, since that is who we primarily worked with. He was friendly, curtious, prompt, and informative without being pushy or putting too much pressure on us to buy. I will definitely share this positive experience with anyone I know who is looking to buy a new or used car.

i came into the dealership to look T 2008 ford mustang they had to put the original one i wanted to look at was put in the shop before i could come look at it they gave me a call and told me about that and i came in anyway and ended up driving off in another mustang for the same price they were very friendly and helpful
