My Review of Albany Dodge Inc:
Alan was very knowledgable. He acknowledged me when I first entered the parking lot and answered all of my questions. He was very personable and friendly. He was funny, trying to joke around with me from the start. I got a good deal on a new Dodge Ram 1500. He helped get the financing all set and I had my new truck within a couple of days. Over all, I am very happy with my truck and my total experience at Albany Dodge with the salesman Al Diamond.

My Review of Albany Dodge Inc:
Alan Diamond was a very good salesman. He made you feel right at home. He did not pressure us into a sale. He gave us private time to discuss things. While doing so he was very grandfatherly to our boys, showing them around the dealership and making their wait time an enjoyable experience. He offered the suggestion of letting us take the truck home for the day to help us in our decision making. We will highly recommend Alan to anyone we know that is considering a new vehicle.

My Review of Albany Dodge Inc:
I went on a Saturday morning and it was very busy, but Alan and Johna spent time with me thru the proccess of buying my new 2012 Ram 1500. Alan was great at his job and he knew that I had done my homework and Alan knew what vehicle and the amount I wanted to spend by my tough negotiating tactics. I was a little offended by my vehicle trade in offer from his manger as he never looked at the vehicle before the initial offer. After a quick inspection and back and forth negotiating we finally came to an agreement and I purchased the vehicle. Alan was never pushy in the process and went to his manger with every offer I had made for the vehicle. I would recommend sitting down with Alan if you are looking at a new Dodge. ps. Johna made the financing a snap and I was able to get a great rate.

Our experience with Albany Dodge was very pleasant. We told them what we were looking for and what our price ranges were and they helped us to get the car of our choice. They did not try to hassle us into buying a newer car or more expensive car. Our sales rep was honest with us concerning all aspects of the sale. He was informative and curteous at all times.

Our experience was great, our sales man larry costillo was friendly and helpful to the extreme. He was not pushy he worked with us for over 3 hours to find the right vehicle for us then worked with us for the fallowing wee to get the best deal on the 2012 dodge ram pick up. Suzann and Tyson were extremely helpful on getting us the financing we could afford and kyle ohlidal and alan diamond were vary helpful to larry and the devoe family on getting the truck we were looking for. i think all in all this was the best experience we had ever had at a car dealer ship.. thanks to all of you our new family.

I have bought vehicles from this dealership before and have always had a good experience while dealing with the sales people. I was in on Saturday March 17,2012 and worked with Kyle Ohidal and Al Diamond. They helped me purchase a 2012 Dodge Ram that I picked up on March 19,2012. The process was smooth & quick. My Review of Albany Dodge Inc:
After making three phone calls and physically visiting three other dealers, we went to Albany Dodge. We gave Alan Diamond our name and telephone number and told him what we were looking for. Alan called us back within the week. At this point we have not heard from any other dealers.

Alan found exactly the van we were looking for, made sure it was in great shape when we purchased it, and did all of this in less than a week. He is a great salesperson.
He listens to his customers, finds what they want at a good price, and does this without being pushy and overbearing. He is easy to talk to and does his job extremely well.

Everyone we dealt with at Albany Dodge was friendly, efficient, and competent.

My Review of Albany Dodge Inc:
This is about our 5th or 6th vehicle we have bought from Albany Dodge and most of them with Al. We were in on a Monday Evening and picked up the car Tuesday evening. That is some fast service and great deal we were able to pull together. Customer service was at it peak with Al called me after the recent snow storm to see how I did with my new Avenger and to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He didn't have to but he did. Great job Albany Dodge.
