Each person we worked with was exceptional and attentive! We haven't yet required anything from the service department and will comment on that dept. at a different time.....we were very happy with the process from beginning to now!Exceptional!Alex Poach as well as Alan Dino cola were a pleasure to work with!!

I walked into the Infiniti dealership to look at the QX30. I had just came from anther dealership to look at the Mercedes version so I was a little tired and didn't really feel like doing another test drive. I'm also from the east and driving in South Hills makes me nervous. Alex came over, nice and calm and greeted me and my husband. The QX30 was BEAUTIFUL inside and out but I was hesitant to take it on a test drive because I thought it was going to drive exactly like the GLA 250, plus I wasn't comfortable driving in South Hills. Alex was upfront and honest and said that altho he had never driven the GLA he was aware that there were some differences in how the two cars drove. He offered to do the test drive for me, with me in the passanger seat. He also suggested that we can go on some less intimidating South Hill roads for the test drive. After my husband insisted of my driving the car myself, I took Alex up on his offer to drive on some of the less intimidating roads. During the test dive Alex was calm and not at all pushy. He didn't try to "sell" the car as I was driving which was a plus for me because I was able to focus on the road and how the car drove. Needless to say, the Infiniti version was better! After my visit, Alex followed up with me via email and phone call, again he was not at all pushy or trying to forcefully sell the car to me. I made an appointment with him to come back to see the car again and now that beautiful car is sitting in my drive way! I would totally recommend Alex Poarch as a salesman. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He also followed up with me after purchasing the vehicle to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Alan the finance manager was also very nice to work with. Overall, great experience at Cochran Infiniti! I would totally recommend them to friends and family members.

Came in on a Friday afternoon and left shortly after with the G37x advertised. No gimmicks, no games. Just the advertised "deal". The lease package for the G37x blew away the other autos we were considering. Very pleasnat experience.

Jordan's personality and approach were great. It was obvious he was genuinely, personally excited about the Infiniti line. We drove both a G and an M and he did a great job of comparing the two as we asked questions. We settled on the M and were straightforward with our offer. He and Jim gave our offer very professional and courteous consideration, and we cut what we feel was a great deal within 10 minutes or so. That was a tremendous surprise to us; we were expecting a lot of haggling because the number of Infiniti dealers are so few in the area.
It was very late in the day on a Saturday, and all members of the staff were still patient and willing to do whatever it took to finish up the paperwork and get us in our car, which was about an hour beyond their quitting time.

It was a great experience. Although we didn't find the car we wanted during the first visit, they went the extra mile to bring one from an out-of-state dealership. Very friendly and knowledgeable personnel and no pressure (that is typically encounter at almost any car dealership). Great communication, and great price. I am looking forward to making business with them in the future. Five stars for Will and Jim.

Everything was excellent and ran very smooth. A very professional staff and dealership with a great product. Always easy and friendly. Everyone was helpful in all departments. Can't say enough about the total experience and how great it was. I was in the automotive retail business and I still am in the automotive business in a different role and the atmosphere was better then anything I have seen for customers. I guess this is what the Cochran experience is like. I have never dealt with them but they are the biggest and the best on this side of the state. Thanks to all at Cochran Infiniti.
