The biggest characteristic that stood out for me was his communication - clear, direct, and responsive when I had a question. His response time was insane - at times I thought I was his only customer because he seasoned so quickly, but of course that could not be the case because that is a pretty bad employee-to-customer ratio even for these products. The other part of the communication that stood out was that he didn’t have to say “I’ll get back to you.” He knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and answered them right away. People of a certain age remember the hilarious movie Used Cars. Alan is the opposite or the car salesperson characterized in that movie. My experience with ParkPlace was the opposite as well. These people know what they are doing and they treat their customers right. I also had some interactions with Sam - not as much as Alan, but he was totally professional as well. As a matter of habit I avoid writing reviews. But I simply have to make an exception for Alan and his team at Park Place. 5/5 with no reservations. More

Bought a Lotus Emira first edition and took delivery last year after being some of the earliest group to be on the waitlist. Even after moving out of WA state while awaiting delivery, Alan was able to accommodate us with the logistics to ensure the Lotus arrived safely at our house! The Lotus Emira is also a one of a kind experience, punching well above its class in form and aesthetics. Manual gearbox with a supercharged Toyota V6, a pure driving enthusiast combination. It may not be the fastest car on the road in raw specs, but it goes beyond that for enjoyment and appreciation. And it will only get harder to find this breed of cars in the future. More
