He truly fought for me on the phone after waiting for over an hour to switch my insurance policy (which paid off so much). Chris explained everything in a detailed manner and was super helpful with any other questions that I had. The environment of the dealership was very friendly. I am so glad I do not have to deal with my old, raggedy car anymore! I was not there for hours like I thought I would be either, the service was excellent! This was the perfect place to get a new car as a graduation gift to myself and I will definitely will be back!! More

Alana on the other hand a total sweet talking bs'r. Very disapointed with my experience since i am a loyal nissan customer. Tried to explain to Alana what experience was on the phone after we walked out she said would get to the bottom and never did! Stay far away from all Pine Belt Dealerships !!!! More

Alana followed up and told me that due to the size of this dealership they are able to be very competitive. Pine Belt Nissan did offer the lowest price of the offers I received. I had.not planned to buy right away and was still not sure if I wanted to drive 55 miles to take the offer that was $1000 below the others. But when I called to check the inventory and selection, there were more to choose from in Tom's River. It was worth the drive. Alana introduced me to Andrew who found the car and color that I wanted. I had my last car for 8 years so Andrew knew that I had to love the next one in order to buy it because I planned to hold on to the new car for a while as well. He was knowledgable, patient and courteous and made the process very simple. More

Lack of Intrest, very unprofessional Contacted Pine Belt via web on vehicle availability. Alana responded that the vehicle was available and asked when I could stop by. I was greeted by "Gunner" the used car manager who introduced me to Alana, and asked Mike to assist me. The vehicle I inquired about was not there, but on another Pine Belt lot. I had a couple of questions on the vehicle towing capacity. Mike said he would have to get that info from a Ford dealer. I also asked why the Carfax showed the vehicle had been on their lot for over a year. After some research Mike came back and said there was a lien hold on that vehicle. He said he would get the specifics and call me the next day. He also was going to get a list of other vehicles they have that would fit my requirements. No one called so I emailed Alana and asked if she would check with Mike. Still no reply. A few days later I emailed Alana, Mike and a sale manager, David Roat. I told them I was no longer interested in doing business with them. I went to another local dealer and bought a vehicle. I have three family members that will purchase a new vehicle in the next six months...it won't be from a Pine Belt dealership! More
