Good o'l fashion service I took my daughters vehicle to have service. The staff at Frank Brown acknowledge me even while I waited for the service writer to write up a work ord I took my daughters vehicle to have service. The staff at Frank Brown acknowledge me even while I waited for the service writer to write up a work order. While paying out the customer service didn't stop there. Service! I brought my old Honda in for a recall. Other dealerships told me there was an extensive weight due to a back ordered part. Frank Brown service cente I brought my old Honda in for a recall. Other dealerships told me there was an extensive weight due to a back ordered part. Frank Brown service center said they were just replacing the entire airbag due ti the safety issues. They also gave me an excellent price on a radiator flush. They also helped me with a remote programming issue at no charge I have never experienced such awesome service at a dealership. More
