I decided to check it out, upon arrival, i was greeted and asked a series of question's in regards as to what i wanted. I already knew what i was looking for, i asked if they had any base veloster's. Immediately after i asked that, i was shown one that happened to be on the show room floor. This would be my first new Veloster, it was a 2015 , dark grey, DCT Veloster and the interior was extremely stylish. After Mike went over some information of the car with me we proceeded to get a credit application going, after that i met Albert, he works in finance. Albert got me situated with everything i needed, he didn't try to push extra stuff on me like all the other dealerships usually do. He gave me what he recommended, and after we went over what the payments were going to be like, i finally started the signing process. I've heard stories that dealerships take so long to finally get you the car you're going to be happy with, but Fitzgerald's Hyundai really know what they're doing. I wouldn't recommend any other dealership except this one. That's the honest truth!!! More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER! After a terrible experience at another Hyundai dealer, and a lackluster one at another, I was hesitant to walk into Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Clearwater After a terrible experience at another Hyundai dealer, and a lackluster one at another, I was hesitant to walk into Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Clearwater! As is standard at most every car dealer I was greeted at the door by a salesman asking the standard questions. However, after I told him I was "just looking" NOBODY bothered me for the next hour while I extensively looked over my preferred vehicle and read the posted documentation on how Fitzgerald conducted business. When I was ready, I repeat, when I was ready, I approached Ken Logan with my questions and concerns. Although he was busy with at least two other customers, he took the time to answer those questions and concerns and spent the rest of the time literally running around to handle all of us. Considering the service I was receiving, I had no problem being patient! Ken then introduced me to Mark Silver who also addressed my concerns and gave me very valuable information on how to structure my deal, which was drastically different/extremely beneficial than the method I had in mind when I walked in the door. Finally I got together with Albert Marquez, who reinforced Mark''s recommendations, sped me through the paperwork and out the door I went with my 2015 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate! Hands downs the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

I told him from the start that I would not play the car dealing game, and he respected that. He did his homework and came back with a very fair price, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. When I arrived to pick up my Sonota, there were no surprises, and the deal went exactly as described. I then had the pleasure of working with Aaron in Finance and he too was extremely pleasant, helpful, upfront, explained each paper I signed and was able to get me out in a reasonable amount of time. I would absolutely lease another car from Fitzgerald, and would certainly recommend them. It really was a very good experience. I spoke with several other dealerships, and did not feel as comfortable as I did with Fitzgerald. More

My Amazing Experience I came in looking for a used vehicle. I left with a brand new one. I was in shock. Albert and Debbie were awesome. I have never had two people push and push for me to get into a car, no less a brand new one. Everyone was nice to us. Josh Dunn was watching over my son while we signed papers and made the deal happen. Thank you Josh. Albert and Debbie are wonderful people. They helped me get a much better car. The show room is spotless and the popcorn was good as well. I think the owner should be very proud of his people, especially Albert and Debbie. They made this happen for me. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Albert on 08/17/13 and the total experience was AWESOME.
