This service department at this dealership was horrible. No one returns phone calls. They did not want to file my warranty claim for paint at Hyundai. Even tho the warranty ended up being approved. Set up appointment for oil change with “first service” option selected as I was unsure which service to request. Was quoted “$75-78 with tax.” At the dealership in person. The quote online sent through ha option selected as I was unsure which service to request. Was quoted “$75-78 with tax.” At the dealership in person. The quote online sent through had parks plus works package added and said customer requested air filter which was never requested. Called to speak to technician and says he will send new invoice. New invoice is $135 which was again, not the quoted price. Call to speak to technician once again. Technician says it was a mistake in quoting and that synthetic oil costs that much. Technician Hangs up. Sends new invoice. we end up paying the quoted price. However, I will never return to this dealership. We are from Ocala and will only deal with Jenkins dealerships going forward as we have now purchased 2 brand new cars and one slightly used vehicle from Jenkins over the last 8 years. We have only gotten oil changes from the jenkins dealerships and have never dealt with this type of situation with them. Parks will not get my business again. More
