I had an absolutely spectacular experience with Journey Nissan. He assigned one of his salesperson Alex Aguilar to help and he was fantastic, he even came back in, on his day off patiently showing me all the vehicles and letting me view them from daytime into nighttime for a few days. This was not for one vehicle, I was purchasing three vehicles and trading in 2. The entire staff was polite having conversation with me while cars were being inspected. They were incredibly helpful and patient. The finance manager Isaac Granados also did an amazing job securing great rates and offering comprehensive warranty options. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Jimmy Palsimano. He was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased and answered all our questions. As far as the dealership’s admin process, we spent way too long there given that we did the car pre-selection and finance application online. It was not an exceptionally busy day, and once we finally did see the Finance Mgr, it was a very rushed process with little explanation on the documents. There was too much downtime for no apparent reason. There was also a mistake in the car we selected online vs what was ready for us when we arrived. We understand this dealership is under new owners and getting the “kinks” out. Hopefully, this review helps focus on areas needing improvement because the car and sales team are awesome! More
