I can’t believe BMW treats safety like it’s optional in particular this Freeport dealership because the one in Manhasset always made sure to work with you. Not only did they refuse to get me a loaner right away, but when I finally got my car back after three days, they hadn’t even washed it or done the detailing I requested. Months later, I ended up in an accident because the brakes failed, exactly what the recall was about. My kids were in the car with me, and it could have been tragic. Freeport BMW acted like it wasn’t a big deal. For a company that prides itself on “luxury,” they completely failed on the most basic responsibility: keeping customers safe. Yet the loaner car that BMW, the actual company, not even from the dealership at Freeport, we belong to lend us came at two in the morning and took it away giving us no notice email nothing, making me to runarounds and my children had to mis 2 classes and one doctors appointment. Then their excuse is that they are short staffed. More

This is my third car from Freeport BMW and my second time working with Alex and once again, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Alex went above and beyond to make sure I ended up in the car I f working with Alex and once again, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Alex went above and beyond to make sure I ended up in the car I felt most comfortable in. Over the course of a few months, we tested everything…electric models, trucks, new and used. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured. He was patient, thoughtful, and truly cared about helping me find the right fit. One moment that stood out was when I was sitting at his desk and his wife called. He casually asked her how she liked her new electric BMW …she said she loves her electric car. That gave me the confidence to test one out myself for a few days. Ultimately, I chose the 2025 BMW 330 with red interior. It’s absolutely stunning. On delivery day, Alex took his time walking me through all the new features and upgrades from my 2021 model. He made sure I felt fully comfortable before I drove off. From the Alex at the sales department to Yamilet at the service department, and everyone and every department in between, Freeport BMW consistently delivers top-notch service. …and let me not forget the lease return department, so amazing. Alex Bocchi made my purchase a great experience… I saw a CPO ‘20 M2 Competition on CaraGurus, and immediately contacted BMW of Freeport. Once their internet team handed me over to Ale I saw a CPO ‘20 M2 Competition on CaraGurus, and immediately contacted BMW of Freeport. Once their internet team handed me over to Alex Bocchi, I knew I was in the hands of a great BMW Client Advisor. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a man of his word. With the used car market as competitive as it is, and then on top of it, this car being as rare and hard to find, I was very concerned that it would be sold out from underneath me. Especially considering I live 3 hours away in Connecticut. Once he quickly understood I was a serious buyer and wanted this particular car, he locked it in for me until I could drive to Freeport, NY, to test drive it, offer my trade in, and complete the deal. He was easy to communicate with, he listens extremely well, was never pushy, ever responsive, and of course, was very enthusiastic about the BMW brand. He has a passion for what he does, and he makes it look easy, relying on his 20+ years in the business. I was also concerned about coming from 3 hours away, and then being given a low ball offer for my trade. But my fears were unfounded, the deal I was promised was the deal I got - Alex is a man of his word. My CPO Hockenheim Silver M2 Competition is everything I hoped it would be. I paid a premium for it, but from what I have seen of late, it was a fair deal. So after a careful visual inspection and nice test drive, I came back ready to complete the purchase. I was then handed over to Chester Malloy, you know, the dreaded typical Business Or Finance Manager. Except he wasn’t typical at all, he was equally as friendly as Alex, competent and professional. He did his job quickly, but wasn’t rushed. He explained my options to me, answered my all questions, and never once pressured me to add any additional coverage. Instead, he offered it, and then let me make a decision that best suited me. This team of professionals made my experience a pleasant one, they made it easy, and they are well versed in handling the complexities for out of state buyers. They represent BMW of Freeport and BMW of North America, very very well. I couldn’t be happier with my car, and can’t say enough about my experience there! More
