I have to say I had 2 difficult problems that could have gone entirely in a different direction. Mike Timpone, the President of BMW in Freeport saved the day both times. I understand that sometimes the service managers that check in your cars hands are sometimes tied and can't do much. But I was being sent on my way, when I literally almost blew a gasket. I "asked" for a manager after initially being unhappy, and after some prodding I was given the manager. Well, it was a pleasure to meet Mike. When a polished man in a suit comes out and can talk to you eloquently and with compassion for your situation, it says a lot not only for the man but for the company as a whole. I immediately felt as though I knew Mike a long time, and that put me at ease. Everything Mike said he would do to rectify my situation he did and went well beyond what he needed to do. I asked him to please see my CPO 528i all the way through the process and he did. He touched base with my several times, left me his cell number, called and even texted. He hooked me up with a new Service Advisor as well, Anthony Isom, who was also someone who I was very impressed with. Not to mention he was a former professional athlete.
What else can I say about Mike, he made sure I got a quality loaner car, he handled everything to perfection, and when it came time to billing he made sure everything was on the up and up, and went out of his way for me.
I appreciate service like this, because it's rare these days to find anywhere. I can't thank Mike Timpone enough for making what could have been a disaster into nothing but a pleasurable outcome! Thanks Mike for going above and beyond!
