My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with Capital Mercedes Benz. We have been to multiple dealers in the area. They would all make promises to complete these tasks if I committed to purchasing the vehicle from them. Then we went to Capital Euro Cars. Alex Boucher was on point. To begin with the vehicle was pre serviced and CLEAN. We didn't have to promise to purchase it to see it at its best. Alex kept in constant communication with us. He even checked a few items on the vehicle without hesitation to ensure our satisfaction. Chris the finance manager was personable and helpful. He spent time explaining multiple points to us.
