Great Customer Service! Came into galpin Honda to lease a Honda Civic. Right when I parked my old car, Alex Diaz was there to help me and my boyfriend out. We were trading in my old Altima to get a new car. Alex was so helpful and didn't mind going up and down in the hot sun to help us out. Highly recommend Alex, because he does put his customers first. I myself work at a sales position so I like receiving the same customer care I give out. He did an amazing job!! Always asked us if we had any questions or if we'd like something to drink. More

After I finally found the car that I loved thing got even better he helped and came to an agreement of price on the car and monthly payments and I've never experienced such a smooth time with such a great salesman and I did that day.
