Steer clear of this dealership — it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. They completely wasted my day with tactics that, in my opinion, feel manipulative and designed to pressure cust car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. They took my credit/debit card under the excuse of “showing the manager I was serious,” but it felt more like they were trying to hold it hostage to trap me into a deal. When I mentioned I had my own financing, the attitude shifted immediately. It was obvious they were far more interested in pushing their own lenders—presumably because it benefits them, not the customer. The whole environment felt shady enough that I walked out without buying anything. I’ve already reported my experience to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.. In my opinion, the glowing Google reviews look questionable at best. Do yourself a favor and check their Yelp reviews if you want a more realistic picture of what you’re walking into. My advice? Stay far, FAR away from this place. More
