Bought a used Nissan Rogue recently. Was not impressed with the following: 1. Was looking for a quick, low hassle experience and to pay cash. Too much back and forth with finance team and sales team. Was told all prices listed on the internet were finance only and it would cost more if I wrote a check. 2. Once they quoted financing, management started at rates that were exorbitant for a customer with excellent credit. It took several exchanges rather than just meeting with a decision maker and their interest rates finally dropped 4 points at last once I disagreed to paying such high rates. All seems like a waste of time on financing when you can pay off in full without penalty. 3. They want you to initial everything you say or counteroffer during the experience which felt very untrusting/legal. 4. Car delivered with 1/4 tank of gas rather than full tank. 5. 2nd key was missing and not informed until ready to drive off. Later found and delivered, which is minimum I would expect. 6. Very much felt like the sales teams was handcuffed by the management team with petty policies and procedures. On the good side, financing process was quick. Sales price was competitive prior to adding dealership fees. More

Since 2017 my family has purchased 10 vehicles from Nissan and of those at least 8-9 of them were from Nesrin. We first met Nesrin in 2018 at Sutherlin Nissan and she has since moved to Mike Rezi. She has provided such amazing customer service that we followed her. We bought a vehicle on Friday and Nesrin's service was once again above and beyond. We originally went to look at the Rogue that my husband had been wanting for a while and were disappointed in the vehicle. As we were leaving she presented a different vehicle. One we had never entertained as the vehicle was so far out of our reach. Nesrin and Alex were able to work with us and made it work within our budget. It was now so within our budget that we could not say no. And am I glad that we did not.
