When I got there for a scheduled appointment the first thing I was told was that they might not be able to finish today (the job took an hour). Fortunately 2 hours later, my car was done. I dropped my car off in the am (scheduled appt); my car was never looked at. Sunroof was broken then and continues to be broken now. Technician could not have been less interested in the status of my car when I inquired about its status for myself. It was obvious he could care less whether my car was fixed or not. There was no plan to get it fixed. There was no plan to figure it out. No plan at all to have us back. No plan, no plan, no plan. They don’t care. More

Brought in my transmission for a leak that was identified. After 3 days, I was told it’s probably just engine oil from an oil change. Drove the car straight to another GMC dealer who identified th identified. After 3 days, I was told it’s probably just engine oil from an oil change. Drove the car straight to another GMC dealer who identified the leak and repaired it under warranty. I will be contacting GMC corporate about the horrible experience and the fact they let me leave with a transmission that could fail. More
