Alisha was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to answer my questions and make sure my tire was checked, and a new tire ordered and replaced as quickly as possible (same day). When they were unable to tighten the bolt because it was stripped they explained that I would have to take it to a body shop. When I couldn't pick up the car from service prior to 5:30, a very helpful man (Jens?) in sales answered my questions, came out to look at my car with me and explain the problem so I felt safe driving the car. Everyone was wonderful. More
