Dover Honda made the car buying process feel low pressure, but they were also attentive. Dover Honda was our 2nd stop out of 4 other dealerships, including 1 other Honda dealership and we came back pressure, but they were also attentive. I dreaded buying a new vehicle due to pushy salesman tactics. Salesman Allan Lepler was so helpful, not pushy, he said quote “ I’m not here to push a vehicle on you, I’m only here to help you choose wha tactics. Alan was so friendly and helpful, I had not bought a car in 15 years, and he was very straightforward, detailed and honest about dealer stock and what he felt might be good choices. It can be very stressful when you have to by a car. But when me and husband walked in everyone was so friendly and Allan said we are going to help you and make this as easy and fast. I purchase a used vehicle recently and I was very impressed with the way that Diver Honda prepared and presented their vehicle. I was very pleased they were able to quickly find a Platinum White RTL Ridgeline, the color my wife wanted at a fair price.
