Unacceptable customer experience I am giving the kuni service department a low rating because of the unacceptable customer experience. My wife dropped off the car Wigan appointment b I am giving the kuni service department a low rating because of the unacceptable customer experience. My wife dropped off the car Wigan appointment because the check battery light was on and we were concerned she would get stranded. The service representative was rude and short with her and she asked for ride assistance, no offer of a loaner car, courtesy ride or Uber service was even offered. Then the part had to come out of California and the stated service completion date was missed by a whole day. Lastly, what started as a rear taillight bulb replacement, turned into a $600 up sell for a led light strip replacement. I don’t mind the up sell but want the tech to be more prepared to explain the necessary repairs. This is our second unacceptable kuni service experience and we will be looking for another dealership to get a better customer experience. More

Allen exceeded my expectations! Great work! Faced with an unexpected repair fresh out of warranty. I drive screen failure. None of the service advisors had seen this before. 2015 X4. Turned Faced with an unexpected repair fresh out of warranty. I drive screen failure. None of the service advisors had seen this before. 2015 X4. Turned out the screen was bad. $4000 fix 5 months before my wedding. Allen made a phone call to Bmw North America Explaining the situation. This definitely exceeded my expectations as he was not required to do this . Bmw stepped up and offered to cover the cost of the screen which was the majority of the repair. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for his service work at Bmw. Not to mention he literally saved my wedding!! So thankful for him!! More

Courteous behavior but poor service I went for an oil change and check up on excessive fan noise. During check out I was told that the technician did hear the noise at the entrance but n I went for an oil change and check up on excessive fan noise. During check out I was told that the technician did hear the noise at the entrance but not later. This is hard to believe as I keep hearing the noise all the time. Also later found out that the front hood was not fully closed on oneside...this is dangerous. They also didn't bother to remove leaves trapped under the hood More
