Easy Purchase I walked into Rusty Wallis after finding a used Honda Crosstour on Cars.com. the dealer had it only a few days prior to me coming in. I had a used civ I walked into Rusty Wallis after finding a used Honda Crosstour on Cars.com. the dealer had it only a few days prior to me coming in. I had a used civic SI I wanted to trade in. The trade in process was a lot more difficult than it should have been. I knew what my car was worth and what it would be sold for. I also knew what I wanted my payments to be. After about 3 times of the salewoman going back and forth with the finance team, they finally came to my numbers. Alliona was phenomenal and helpful. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star rating is because the service department never washed or detailed the car when I picked it up the next week. They put new tires on, but 1 was mismatched. The also didn't fill up the gas tank. Overall, I would recommend Rusty Wallis if you're looking to purchase/trade in a car. Give Alliona a shout and I'm sure she will go out of her way to satisfy any needs. More
