My Review of Rusty Wallis Honda:
I have received a used car that was under warranty for a year or 100,000 miles. I am very disappointed with my car purchase because everything that has gone wrong with my car is not covered under warranty. I am paying 509 in car payments for a USED CAR and all the things that are going wrong are not covered under warranty and cost about 600 WITH the car payment A MONTH. I could have got a brand new car with BAD credit with another dealership for this price if not lower. When I called my used car salesman about my problem's with the car he told me "ya know what Donna I don't know much about car's but a lot of people here that do" ... WHAT?????
Well Brad Mills (Rusty Wallis) (Shiloh Rd ) sold me the car, why is he selling me cars? It makes me feel even more stupid about buying a LEMMON from somebody that doesn't even know anything about cars. I am a previous customer of Rusty Wallis Honda and decided to come back because I was a happy customer, but now I feel like I have been taken advantage of and almost manipulated into buying a car I didn't want. Mind you I understand that is the job of a car salesman is to make somebody buy a car they don't necessarily want or need. But now I almost want to give our 2003 Acura RSX back and take back my 98 honda civic with 125,000 miles, back because I never had HALF as many problems with my Honda as I have had with my RX. In 6 months. I even had an '88 Peugeot Wagon that didn't have the problems I am having now. EIGHTY EIGHTY PEUGEOT!!!! It is absurd. Not to mention the maintenence department , even though they have fixed my RSX before, they told me that they didn't have the equipment to work on my car. (It was the headlights!!!) And BEFORE they fixed my window that wouldn't roll up... You can fix my window but not my headlights that simultaneously go out at the same time? And in the same two months my battery goes out, It seems there is an electrical problem….but my dilemma is why if a honda dealership doesn’t have the equipment to test an ACURA then why are you selling them?! I am REALLY confused and angry about the service and maintenance that was supposedly included with the purchase of my car, and exactly where I am supposed to go? Now I am supposed to drive to Arlington to get my car inspected under warranty? I bought it in Mesquite! So is gas money included in that?
I don't want this car anymore and when I tried to trade it in they depreciated the value 8,000 because of scratches that were already on the car when I purchased it. And what is funny is that I tried to trade it at Rusty Wallis. We tried to get rid of this lemmon months ago and we couldn't. What does that tell you as a dealer?

My Review of Rusty Wallis Honda:
I was sold a 2001 Honda S2000 as a certified vehicle and was told it had a clean title. 4 months after buying the car I did some research and found out the car had actually been sold back to the dealership as a lemon 3 month prior to me buying it. I spoke to a lawyer and found out they broke Honda policy and STATE LAW by selling me the car as a certified used vehicle. I demanded a full refund and for almost 2 weeks I was given the run around by everyone at the dealership. No one would return my phone calls so the only way I could get their attention was to show up un-announced to the dealership. In the end I still did not get a complete refund and they refused to reimburse me for the parts I put on the car while I owned it. Do not do business with this dealership!!!
