My Review of Rusty Wallis Honda:
My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our 2010 Honda Odyssey EX-L at Rusty Wallis. Before we arrived, we had not decided between the EX-L (nicely loaded) or the Touring Edition (stuffed with every gizmo imaginable.) Our sales advisor, Eric Lucy, actually helped us decide on the EX-L, forgoing the extra $7000 for us and undoubtedly a higher profit for him. (I'm sure that the Touring Edition is great for some people, but we just don't take enough long trips to take full benefit of the extra gadgets.)

The rest of the sales transaction was equally satisfying. Rusty Wallis' price was very competitive with other online quotes that I received from other dealers - but without all of the mandatory dealer-added "options" that we ran across elsewhere. Eric answered all of our questions and knew more about the vehicle line than anyone else we encountered in our shopping. And the finance department found us a rate lower than I could get at USAA.

No pressure, no bait-and-switch, just friendly, helpful professionals. What more could you ask for?

My Review of Rusty Wallis Honda:
We returned to deal with Jim because of the service we received from him last time - 2 years ago - and on Jerry Reynolds recommendation. We have found everyone at Rusty Wallis Honda to be top quality in every aspect of our dealings with them. They have gone above and beyond what other dealers we have experienced. Even though we live 200 miles away, we will continue to come back and also share with our network of friends and co-workers about the excellence of service at Rusty Wallis. And I LOVE MY CAR!!! As we drove around the area we noticed how other car dealerships looked rather deserted but there were people everywhere at Rusty Wallis Honda. That speaks for what the metroplex area thinks about this dealership. Jim Beeson was great to work with on our first purchase/lease 2 years ago and this time was no different. It was assuring to deal with a friendly and familiar face. Felton in the business office made the paperwork time go quickly as he efficiently and professionally took care of business. In our book, Rusty Wallis Honda is the best Honda dealership to do business with in Texas.

My Review of Rusty Wallis Honda:
Great internet sales experience with Eric Lucy. He had everything arranged and the car ready when I arrived. Rusty Wallace had a play area where my triplet boys could be entertained while we were completing the paperwork. Very nice experience. This is my second vehicle purchase from Rusty Wallace. I came back strictly because of the price but each time the customer service has been outstanding. They do a great job of meeting the customer's needs.

My Review of Rusty Wallis Honda:
I was a bit hesitant looking for a new car never having done it before and being a woman. I was sure that I would be taken advantage of or pressured into something I wasn't happy with. Thankfully, Rusty Wallis was my first dealership on my hunt and was a positive interaction. Eric, the salesperson, was extremely friendly and didn't try to pull any "tricks" (such as taking your license you test drive a car to run a quick credit report on you) and Mike gave me a reasonable deal right off the bat. I didn't have to do much "haggling" because they honestly gave me a fair price right right away. Even the finance department was great. The finance manager (Felton) didn't try to push extra warranties or add-ons and gave me the rate I wanted.
After all the papers were signed, they even re-painted my car because there was a tiny spot of bird poop that had stained the paint. They had great customer service even after making the sale.
I would highly recommend Rusty Wallis for anyone looking for a new Honda.

My Review of Rusty Wallis Honda:
Very very friendly and easy to work with. I appreciated J.C.'s honesty and commitment to working with me on getting the car I wanted in the price range I had to work with. They were very patient and at no point did I ever feel frustrated, intimidated, pressured, or overwhelmed. Bradley White and Chris Conroy were also a pleasure to work with. I was originally considering a Nissan Rogue, but after having a terrible experience at the Nissan dealership (and I mean terrible), I decided to look for other options. I stumbled across the CRV and loved it. Had the staff at Rusty Wallis not been so inviting and helpful, I would've easily taken my business elsewhere. I left requesting about 20 of J.C. And Bradley's business cards, and I intend to pass them out to anyone who is looking for a new car. There were no tricks, and so far they have followed through on every one of their promises (which you don't often find at dealerships). They were very professional and didn't drag me around for hours, they were quick and straight to the point. I love my new car and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and a great car. Bradley assured me that even after I drive off the lot, he would always be available should I have any questions with my car, and was kind enough to make sure I was familiar with all the features on my new car.

Fair price and no hassle. Eric and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I declined the extended warranty offer but it can be negotiated to a lower price if you're interested in the warranty. I would recommend Rusty Wallis for new car buying.

I am a customer for life! Nothing more to be said. Kenneth was a dream to deal with. They do not have Car salesman there, they have human caring for each customer and at the same time sell you on that and the expertise they have and no pressure at all!! The car was amazing and the deal they gave beat everyone else. I called them and 5 other dealers and drove past 3 dealers to get to them 30 minutes away because I was so impressed on how I was dealt with on the phone. You just have to experience what I am talking about verse me just talking.

Everyone one there is so wonderful and friendly. Even family like!!! They have my best interests in mind and giving me the service I deserve! Purchasing a second car from Connie was just as pleasant as the first experience. She is so knowledgeable and shoots it to me straight. Mike Anderson really took the time to explain some financial aspects that I wasn't completely aware of. Felton really helped me with finalizing everything so I could get on my way. I am a RUSTY WALLIS HONDA customer for life!!!

My Review of Rusty Wallis Honda:
One of the best dealerships experiences so far. Everyone that my family and I met with, from the salesman to the finance manager, was very friendly and professional. The sales manager did not make us feel very pressured and was not pushy like most sales managers. He was willing to work with us to get what we wanted for a reasonable price. I would come back to this dealership for any future Honda purchases.
