Communication I was disappointed with this dealership at first as my BF bought his truck from here so I assumed it would be decent. However I had to get a manager i I was disappointed with this dealership at first as my BF bought his truck from here so I assumed it would be decent. However I had to get a manager involved in my buying process due to the sales manager trying to “sell” me on something that wasn’t true. The Salesman was new...a bit unorganized but he was nice. Finance ended up having to correct several issues with my paperwork at the end due to Sales Mgr's lack of communication. I had to make several trips back to Bham to correct my paperwork...but I appreciated Doug Hill and Shameka assisting me with getting my contract fixed. Shameka and her willingness to address my concerns to make sure I was satisfied was refreshing. Customer Servic More
