I went in just to test drive. Frank has a very laid back want to help no pressure style. So very happy with my experience at Wappingers Falls Acura and with my salesman Frank Cenname. Frank was so helpful and honest without ever being pushy. I was car shopping for about a month and a half and went to Wappingers Acura quite a few times looking at new car options and used car options. Frank kept in contact with me anytime the used car inventory changed to see if I was interested. Frank’s patience and the attention he gave me was outstanding he really listened and remembered what was important to me in a new car. I have purchased and leased a lot of cars and never enjoyed the process as much as I did this time dealing with Frank and Wappingers Acura.
