Best Dealership Ever Ive been searching for a car for over 3 months, after all my searching and research, I wanted to close a deal by the end of September. For the past 2 Ive been searching for a car for over 3 months, after all my searching and research, I wanted to close a deal by the end of September. For the past 2 weeks ive been in and out of 3 dealers spending over 5hours each visit. Things were becoming very stressful for me to the point that I broke down and cried several times. And then I ended up at Nielsen, were Tony(manager) told me not to worry that regardless of my situation everyone deserves a fair chance to get into the car they love, and for sure the next day Tony called me and got me into the vehicle that I always wanted. When I got to the dealer they had me in and out Vito did a great job getting me started, Brian in finance was awesome, and Amanda who started with me from the beginning is amazing, and Tony deserves an Oscar. Such a great team, I will never go anywhere else to buy a car and I will send everyone one I know to these guys. Best experience ever! !! More

She sat down with us and asked some basic questions to get a feel for what is was that we were looking Amanda was great from the moment we walked in. She sat down with us and asked some basic questions to get a feel for what is was that we were looking for. She came back with everything we wanted and more. Amanda was friendly, knowledgeable, and looking out for our best interest. I did not feel overwhelmed like I normally do at other dealerships nor did I feel any pressure to make a purchase. We came out of the dealership with a better deal and truck then what we had expected. What I loved most was how she sat with us in the truck to go over everything about the truck with us in great detail. We would definitely continue doing our business with her. Amanda you're great!!
