My experience was a remote/online purchase, which may have contributed to some challenges I encountered during this transaction. Amanda was helpful and informative, but overall communications and settin have contributed to some challenges I encountered during this transaction. Amanda was helpful and informative, but overall communications and setting of expectations related to the transaction could have been better. As a remote customer, I felt rushed to complete paperwork on the dealership's schedule/deadline, vs. my own. Also, I would have preferred to have purchased the extended warranty from Audi/Wichita, comparatively speaking, they simply were not competitive with other Audi dealerships. More

Morgan has always been an extremely helpful and patient part of the service experience for us.
