Amanda was very patient explaining and setting up our Etron after the purchase. I feel I can contact her about any future concerns that may come up and she could help guide us. Morgan has always been an extremely helpful and patient part of the service experience for us. Sabin. lol. When I told him I was ready to buy a car he literally told me “I’ll get in touch with you tomorrow.” So I had to go in and buy it from the sales lol. When I told him I was ready to buy a car he literally told me “I’ll get in touch with you tomorrow.” So I had to go in and buy it from the sales manager. Also, I didn't notice until I got home and started applying RainX, but the windshield is chipped and pitted in about a thousand different places. My fault. Sabin had ensured me, in the 20 minutes he spent showing me the car, that they try to "spend as much money as possible" getting the car ready to sell. It's irritating to have to turn around and spend a thousand dollars on this car before I can go get the windows tinted. More

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Audi from Audi Wichia, especially working with Sabin Garcia and GM Bac Ta. We bought the car completely sight unseen, which can be stressful, but Sabin made th Audi Wichia, especially working with Sabin Garcia and GM Bac Ta. We bought the car completely sight unseen, which can be stressful, but Sabin made the entire process smooth, transparent, and professional from start to finish. The car arrived exactly as described and represented — no surprises at all. Sabin went above and beyond, even addressing very minor imperfections and making sure every detail was taken care of. His communication, honesty, and customer service were exceptional throughout the entire process. After delivery, the car unfortunately arrived with a dead battery, through absolutely no fault of the dealership. What really impressed me was how Bac Ta, the GM, personally stayed involved and remained on the call throughout the entire process until the issue was fully resolved. That level of customer care and commitment is rare today and speaks volumes about the dealership and its leadership. I highly recommend Audi Wichia, Sabin Garcia, and Bac Ta to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle — especially if buying remotely or sight unseen. Truly a first-class experience from beginning to end. More
