A little about me: I have 4 dogs (taco, Lollie, Riley & Bailey) 3 Poms and 1 Chihuahua *My Fur-Babies* I am originally from the east side of Cleveland (St. Clair) and now reside on the Westside (Kamms Corner) My Mother she is my best friend and confidant. I love comfort food, the kind that sticks to your ribs. In my spare time I Love to Karaoke, Play Pool and relaxing on the couch with my pups & watch some TV, anything reality shows, cooking network and Gordon Ramsey is on my DVR. All in all I consider myself very down to earth, a real people person who is here to make someone smile. I love to hear new stories and make new friends, I am here to listen & help. Come see me. Bought a 2018 Sonata SE from Amanda Meadows. She was friendly, honest and looked out for my best interest throughout the whole process. Even when I told her that I wanted to look at a car at another dea friendly, honest and looked out for my best interest throughout the whole process. Even when I told her that I wanted to look at a car at another dealership. I came back because she was correct from the beginning when it came to the value of the their car compared to the car from the other place. The dealership offered me a great price for my trade in and an even better deal on extending my already great warranty. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. From the moment I got there till the moment I signed the last sheet of paper. I will highly recommend the dealership and Amanda. Thank you again. More

Scott Turney is the “Used car logistics manager “. He does not have one ( 1) iota of integrity. Threatened me not to complete “To do list” only completed partially Told me “you are taking money out of m does not have one ( 1) iota of integrity. Threatened me not to complete “To do list” only completed partially Told me “you are taking money out of my pocket “. Window sticker indicated heated seats. When I asked him about this issue he said that “is a typo.” It was stated on the sticker on a individual line and listed as additional features” and Mr Turney.repeated the statement that I was taking money out his pocket. Mr Turney screens every phone call and has never returned a call in the period of over 6 months. I will never recommend Ganley Westside Motors to anyone for purchase of a car. Mr Turney said “ I will upgrade your seats with your money.” I have detail records regarding my contact history with employees at this Ganley dealership so I hope they there is no threatening or untrue reply. On a high note I highly recommend the service department Keith Wendling the manager is a 5 star individual and manages a 5 star department. More

Service after the sale Recently purchased an older "as-is" used Honda CR-V and got a very good deal with Amanda. Only two months down the road I need some brake work done and reached back out to Ganley (on a whim, really) and was EXTREMELY PLEASED with Scott T's customer service! He empathized with my situation and offered a discounted repair at Ganley or to share the cost of the repair elsewhere. I could hardly believe this liberal definition of "as-is" service months after the sale. Ganley Westside is #1 on my list next time I'm shopping or servicing. More
