Extremely disappointed this time. Not sure why they text since they don't respond. My car failed inspection for dry rotted tires. Tires were 7 years old, with 15,000 miles on them. I wanted what was on it already, but got some other kind. The technician broke the center wheel caps, and they just said it happens with age. Even said one was missing. I don't believe it, as I am a fanatic about things like that. I guess we need to start taking pictures of everything. But feeling now this service center can't be trusted. Not even sure they actually did the alignment correctly since it's veering to the right now. And wow!!! The mess they left when taking the old inspection sticker off is ridiculous. Just overall a very bad experience this go round. I was so hopeful I found a good one. They were decent when I went to them in the temporary location. More

Took Jeep for inspection. Jeep failed inspection for ball joints so scheduled appt to have them replaced. Jeep was making a noise after we picked it up. Scheduled another appt then we were told needed rear brakes not sure how this was not noticed when inspected, were told brakes were rusty from only driving 10 miles a day. Were told we would be sent pictures of brakes since we were surprised we needed another service appt, no pictures were sent. Something just did not sit right with us so we paid the service bill and left with no intention of returning to this dealership. More
