Our lease was up on our Elantra. We walked in and were greeted right away by a very nice man named Mike. He in turn introduced us to Amber Dickens. Amber was absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism was greeted right away by a very nice man named Mike. He in turn introduced us to Amber Dickens. Amber was absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism was outstanding, yet she took the time to get to know us personally as well. What really stood out the most is we did not feel pressured to buy anything. When the dealership offered me the chance to turn my lease in early, I was hesitant and didn’t know what to expect. Amber made the process so easy! Her patience and knowledge about all the cars I test d lease in early, I was hesitant and didn’t know what to expect. Amber made the process so easy! Her patience and knowledge about all the cars I test drove, from all 3 brands, really helped make my decision easy. Mike in finance was busy the night we were in, but was very kind and efficient. I truly appreciate the care both Amber and Mike provided me & I’m really in love with my new Tucson. This is now my third lease with this dealership and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you! More

Amber Dickens is fantastic. She helped me find the right car, the right price, and then reduced the price more with veterans status and rebates. She said call and come back if I wanted to drive it or a diff car, the right price, and then reduced the price more with veterans status and rebates. She was very patient with me while I made up my mind. I never felt pressured. I would recommend her to any other female senior veterans. And she is fun-nee! More
