I recently had my vehicle serviced at Tony Serra Nissan, and Buffy Smith made the entire experience outstanding. From the start, she was welcoming, professional, and very easy to talk to. She took the time and Buffy Smith made the entire experience outstanding. From the start, she was welcoming, professional, and very easy to talk to. She took the time to go over everything with me and made sure I fully understood what my vehicle needed before the work was done. What stood out the most was how attentive and organized she was throughout the process. Buffy kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle and made sure I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. That kind of communication makes a big difference when you’re dealing with car service. She also made the process feel smooth and hassle-free. Instead of feeling rushed, I felt like she genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly and that I left satisfied. It’s clear she takes pride in her job and values her customers. Because of Buffy’s professionalism and great attitude, I’ll definitely feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back in the future. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle and made sure everything was clearly explained before any work was done. It’s rare to find someone in a service department who communicates so well and actually makes you feel confident about the process. Buffy kept me updated throughout the entire service appointment and made sure I understood what was being done and why. She was honest, transparent, and never made me feel pressured into anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and takes pride in making sure everything is handled the right way. The service was completed in a timely manner, and thanks to Buffy making sure everything was organized, the entire process was efficient from start to finish. If you’re bringing your vehicle to Tony Serra Nissan, I highly recommend asking for Buffy Smith.
