My car was initially purchased from a different dealership. I was not overly impressed with the service from the moment I bought the car and even for my first service. I took the opportunity to try dealership. I was not overly impressed with the service from the moment I bought the car and even for my first service. I took the opportunity to try out Stadium Toyota (early 2021) and it was the best decision I could have made. Amber has helped me with a RCTA (Rear Cross Traffic Alert) which was affecting my rearview camera. Everything was done to assess the situation and figure out what was causing the alert. Her and the team did everythign to get everything back to working properly. On a second ocassion Amber went above and beyond to fix an issue which caused my panoramic sunroof to fall off the track and ultimately not close. Although it took a while to fix, every accomodation was made to make sure that the sunroof was covered by Toyota. Amber has been amazing from the very first day. Her communication and friendliness put me at ease. I feel she has done everything and more to make sure I am covered. Her assistance is exactly what I needed and every service advisor could learn a few things from her customer service skills. Not only is she a great advocate for customer service, but she also is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the repairs.I am truly grateful for her help! More

I had one of the best experiences EVER, with your service department on my recent visit. Amber Smith was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
