She also made sure to explain things to me, twice, and even offered up her service and skills for the future at anytime if I need them. I believe she is a wonderful asset to the Ford Dealership in Hudson! Janell was also a great help! She also did all she could for me with great skill and humor! She helped to make the process a better experience! Levi.....I loved his "get it down right and quick" attitude, so I could get to driving my new Edge quicker. He was also pleasure to deal with! Mike....was/is a funny guy! Very friendly and helpful. Mike also made the experience better. And now he even knows Ford sends emails on his behalf thanks to me. ha ha More

My wife and I have been to many different car dealerships in a search for a used SUV. We've been to some very big ones and some very small ones. The majority, however, felt like they were pressuring us to in a search for a used SUV. We've been to some very big ones and some very small ones. The majority, however, felt like they were pressuring us to make decisions even though we had told them prior to even sitting in a vehicle that we were "just looking". Hudson Ford was not like that. Amillie was very cooperative and patient with us. She answered all of our questions and was willing to show us whatever we wanted. At the end of our first visit, she didn't pressure us or ask if we were ready to make a decision. Instead, she gave us information and her card. Even though we went back the next day to purchase, we didn't feel pressured at all. The next day she was very helpful and seemed to really care that we were comfortable, relaxed and excited about our new purchase. During the process we also worked with Levi. He was extremely friendly and patient with us. He didn't try and pressure us to buy or add anything we didn't want. He just gave us information and allowed us to make his own decisions. He really made the entire purchasing process very smooth and easy. In the end, we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting an new or used vehicle. More

We went to several dealers and couldn't find the truck we wanted. Amilliie at Hudson Ford found us a brand new F250 Super Duty with all of the options we wanted and at a great price too. The Service Dept installed the extra accessories we bought and everything looked perfect when we arrived. Levi made the financing as painless as possible.
