He is one the biggest reason that I would not leave Lexus of Sharon for another vehicle or go to Watertown Lexus!! Eric is always very very very kind professional caring genuine, performs his job so well and he is just so nice, that you are lucky to have him!!!! He, also dresses very well looks soo nice, always!! Robert Williams at Herb Chambers went above and beyond what I expected for service when I went in on this past Monday. He took time to help me not only with the sale of my car, but with getting a new ins what I expected for service when I went in on this past Monday. He took time to help me not only with the sale of my car, but with getting a new insurance policy for my car and my husbands. He saved us over $180 a month. He didn’t have to do that. Oh, plus he got me the best Iced Coffee I’ve had in a long time. Seriously, I was dreading going into a car dealer ship, but I Had a fabulous experience. Also, a big shout out to Sanjay, the Finance Director for getting me an amazing rate! He was just incredible! Great Team! Thank you all for everything More
