I've purchased two vehicles here, both a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a two-door Wrangler. Wow - I did not have to haggle over pricing (salesman - James "Mack" McBreary). I felt a trust with the employees I did sense at other dealerships. I service both vehicles exclusively with this dealership (Amy Mansfield). The service department does excellent work - and I am in and out. While I wait I have access to wi fi, free coffee, and a clean lavatory. The facilities are spotless. THANKS SANDS! Jimmy has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our purchase. He also made himself available to go over the entire vehicle to make sure we felt comfortable with the new technology. Everyone involved in the process was extremely cordial and pleasant. The management team was very helpful and dealt with us in a very professional and yet comfortable manner...thank you! In addition, the service and parts areas "always" go out of their way to help us in any way they can...they are 2nd to none...thank you!
