Our intention initially was to visit the Kia dealer to look at a couple of pre-owned vehicles. Lazaar greeted us with enthusiasm , kindness and willingness to listen. We never felt pressured to buy...we look at a couple of pre-owned vehicles. Lazaar greeted us with enthusiasm , kindness and willingness to listen. We never felt pressured to buy...we always felt he was interested in listening to us about our needs and our expectations...He was honest, sincere and willing to find a way to make us happy...truly wanting to know what we needed...He was able to offer us a little extra for our trade in as well as come down on the pre owned vehicle price...We were so impressed and excited about buying, based on how he treated us,...He is not a high pressure salesman at all...He really wanted to satisfy us and be certain we were happy with our purchase. His followup was impeccable...very consistent, friendy and professional. We will absolutly return again and certainly refer others to this wonderful dealership...especially to Lazaar. At first I had went onto KIA online and shopped around for cars on the lot and had a few interests of my own that I have selected and went to KIA City off of Orange Blossom Trail which had very poor servi for cars on the lot and had a few interests of my own that I have selected and went to KIA City off of Orange Blossom Trail which had very poor service and did not help at all for what I was looking for. Then I was directed to Orlando KIA West where there were a few cars that I would be interested in. Arriving there I was greeted by general manager Anaz Lazaar where he showed me a few used cars that were on sale. (Now let me say this, one thing I hate most about dealerships is the whole "gauntlet" feeling where everyone bothers you all at once trying to sell you a car right then and there. Not here, they were very generous of helping us but as well as taking time for me to check each car out. I didnt not feel like I was being bombarded by salespeople here.) Anaz took the time to check out certain prices for each car as well as give us price options, then I came across a 2007 KIA Sportage, only 70,000 on the tank selling for $10,000 which was definitely in my price range. Instantly I fell in love with the car and he helped me out so much in narrowing my price down as well as checking the car for all of its services done to it. I noticed a nail in one of the tires and they replaced all of the tires, also the windshield had a few key-mark scratches on it and so they replaced it for me as well as check my brakes, my transmission and everything for free. I was very satisfied in the service I was given while visiting Orlando KIA West, they even filled up my tank for me as I drove out of the lot with the car that night. He even went above and beyond for my mother when she wanted one of the commercial stuffed hamsters in a green sweater on top of purchasing this car, he pulled some strings and was able to get her one. Today, the car runs very smooth and I plan to go back in two years to purchase a brand new car, which I hope by then, it will be a new green KIA Soul! Thank you Anaz, you are awesome my friend! More

As I had all my research completed on the SXL, Anas did not have to go into the car specifics and I was appreciative that he knew from the outset that I merely was looking for a competitive deal to the Kia not have to go into the car specifics and I was appreciative that he knew from the outset that I merely was looking for a competitive deal to the Kia East price as well as the Hyundai Sonata. He came through with flying colors as we reached an excellent deal on the car, and he was extremely accessible, even after store ours (via text) in answering all my additional questions and even running additional numbers. It was a seamless process with Anas and even post purchase, made me feel like he would always be available for any questions or concerns about the purchase. I would strongly recommend both the dealership and Anas to my friends and colleagues, which is important to me, since i onl own Kias (Optima and the Sorento). Customer service was fine, the cash handler and the finance manager were the quickest. The total process was way too long though. I spend almost 5 hours there waiting around on people to make a decisio finance manager were the quickest. The total process was way too long though. I spend almost 5 hours there waiting around on people to make a decision even though I had my financing in order. It took so long I had to leave and get something to eat because I began to shake with a migraine headache from not eating for so long. I saw other customers there about as long as I was. They have got to speed up the process in order to have repeat customers. I will be telling others to stay away from there unless they improve the process. When I addressed the issue I was told the owner was there. The owner should care about his customers more than to schedule an all hands meeting during times that customers are on the floor waiting to be served. More

This delearship should be closed down. They used bait and switch tactics on us . They presented a car with one vin number and one price when it came time to sign the papers a different vin number and price w switch tactics on us . We were told we would have a two year service aggreement ( coupons) for our new car purchase. we were told we would get tinted windows ( but we had to give the sales force a 10 on the survey after the sale. There were items on the sales sticker that were not even on our vehicle. This dealership should be closed down. The senior management must know what is happening at their company. This group fits right in with the typical car salesman stereo type. More

I was looking for and bought a 2012 KIA Optima SX from KIA Orlando West. I was helped by Anas Lazaar who was very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted a Corsa Blue Optima SX. Anas went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my vehicle and is part of the reason why I rated the experience as 5 (Great). Although the dealership is about a 1 1/2 hr drive the experience was worth it and sometime in the near future will be going back to help look for a Sportage or Sorento for my mother. Others have asked about the Optima and I have referred them to KIA Orlando West and for them to have Anas help them. Just be realistic when buying that the price can change a few thousand dollars quickly from multiple state and federal taxes, licenses, fees and other required charges that are added. More
