The dealership facilities were great with a huge TV and kid area to keep my 4 and 7 year old busy. No hassle, no rush (even though another family was waiting behind us to buy the same truck - they drove from Tallahassee and I was not told this until the deal was done so as not to pressure me). They gave me exactly what I asked for my trade and the finance terms I wanted...literally everything I asked for they gave me without argument or push back. Would buy from there again without hesitation. More

What a wonderful experience at a car dealership. Looking for a new vehicle at 6PM on a week day. As soon as we walked in a gentleman greeted us, no he was not hovering. Andre took care of us and really listened and cared about what we wanted to do. We were happy with our trade in price and our new car. There was no haggling, no going back and forth. The finance manager Marc was courteous as well and not pushy. I would tell friends and family about our experience and refer them as well. It is time to invest in American made cars. More

we actually came in for service on our 2007 lucerne and decided to look at some new cars after awhile my mother wanted some info on the new regal and andre came over to help us.thru the whole experience h decided to look at some new cars after awhile my mother wanted some info on the new regal and andre came over to help us.thru the whole experience hes was extremely courteous and helpful and we never felt pressured i might add that my parents have now purchased 4 new buicks due in large part to the outstanding customer service.Sven Reiter was also very freindly and professional and made all paperwork easy to understand and got the purchase done in a timely fashion.Also one other reason for the purchase was that we always had very good service from the mechanics and sevice writers over the years,Tim Filotei helped us with the 07 lucerne on many occasions,i guess ill end that my mom and i felt very comfortable with everyone there thanks. More

We went into the dealership just to look and window shop for a GMC truck, but the warm reception and mannerism of the salesperson caused us to be more serious about purchasing a truck on the spot. Andre was very personable and attentive to our needs from the weather outside being extremely warm to the monsoon rains that occurred while trying to test drive the vehicle and transfer all our belongings from the trade in to the newly purchased one. In our 40 years of purchasing vehicles and through 18 or more purchases including a RV and motorcycle, we have never been so pleased with the attention to detail, lack of pressure, thoroughness, consideration and fast processing of the paper work by Sven. We recently relocated from the midwest to Florida and had visiting relatives with us that day, and they too were very impressed. We will share our experience with others and refer this dealership to them. We trust that this is the type of service that we will experience also when having the truck serviced for regular maintenance and repairs. Thanks for the beginning of a new pleasant relationship. It is also refreshing in this 21st century to see that an organization does put the customer's needs first with integrity and professional work ethics.
