Immediately met with salesman, Joe People’s, who was nothing short of impressive. Informative, professional and not pushy. The sales manager, Victor, was very accommodating and friendly. Clean, well-ran, smooth business. They made my purchase of a beautiful used car very smooth and enjoyable. They’re not trying to “pull the wool over your eyes.” They’re honest and up-front which was much appreciated. I’d recommend doing business with them to anyone. More

above and beyond Thank you Willie Duncan and Tom (I never caught Tom's last name) for the best car buying experience I've ever had. My 2007 VW Jetta died yesterday an Thank you Willie Duncan and Tom (I never caught Tom's last name) for the best car buying experience I've ever had. My 2007 VW Jetta died yesterday and overnight, I went to the Auction Direct USA website and searched for a new vehicle. As soon as I got there Willie allowed me to look at the vehicle I'd targeted as well as several similar cars. I fell in love with the black beauty in the picture here and made my decision. I gave a ballpark figure aa far as what I would like to have jn a car payment and Tom worked feverishly to cater to my wishes, and he succeeded. In a twist, I reaized right before I'd come to the dealership that my driver's license had expired. Willie actually drove me to the closest DMV and waited with me while I went through the paces of reinstating my license, which based on how long it took, I can actually say if I was in his position I probably wouldn't have done. License in tow, we returned to the shop with all the paperwork complete and just requiring my signatures. Thank you guys so, so much for all you did for me today and I'll definitely bw sending referrals your way. More

A Used Care Dealership That Does Not Leave You Feeling Used I've been burned by used car dealers. I also have a "boomer" uncle who sold used cars from the 70's - 90's. I counted the seconds before the bait-and- I've been burned by used car dealers. I also have a "boomer" uncle who sold used cars from the 70's - 90's. I counted the seconds before the bait-and-switch. I even abandoned a conversation with Andre b/c I did not get my question answered before he asked for my t-phone number. Still, I went in to check out the two trucks I wanted to investigate. Andre hooked me up with Sam Isaac. First, Sam listened - what I wanted and what I didn't. When I asked about 2 trucks and became interested in a 3rd, he brought back the third key and a cup of cold water. I appreciated the kindness. Second - he didn't hover. I took notes, crawled under the vehicle, compared internet notes and snapped pics of items of interest. He let me take my time and popped in / out as I did my homework. "What do I need to do to earn your business?" can be translated to 'where can I focus my sales skills to wear you down'. He really meant it. He brought over the finance guy who brought out several documents that were indicative of transparency. I had already downloaded some of these docs and they were the same. I began to relax because ...truth. The obligatory extended warranty discussion was held. And it was a discussion...he extolled benefits. I explained my rationale to refuse. He smiled and said, "It's my job to ask." And with a wink, he was gone. I had a 70% chance of returning the vehicle within the 5 days b/c I had a trick up my sleeve. I was going to the dealership and they were going to take 2 hours tearing into the truck and list all the problems that were be hidden. You would not BELIEVE what they found! Nothing. Nada. It was exactly what they said it was. I was so impressed that I went back to Sam and told him how much I appreciated my treatment, his honesty, and the transparency across the board. I gladly shared my story with Kevin Condon b/c as the manager, he needs to hear the good, the bad, and the WTH? I was met again with the same transparency and graciousness. Maybe I'm just a lucky SOB. Or maybe they are what they say they are. I think you should go in and find out for yourself. I'm already recommending them to my co-workers and friends. More

Awesome car buying experience! I did my homework regarding the type of car I was interested in and worked with the USAA Auto buying service. I found 2 Volkwagen CC sedans available I did my homework regarding the type of car I was interested in and worked with the USAA Auto buying service. I found 2 Volkwagen CC sedans available at Auction Direct USA in Raleigh, NC. I started a chat session with Andre Pulliams and scheduled a time to go into the dealership to look at the cars. I met Moussa Ndiaye upon my arrival and he showed me the cars and let me test drive both cars, with no high-pressure sales pitch involved. I decided which one I wanted, and because I already had my financing setup with USAA, it was an easy purchase with minimal out of pocket expense for me. I also have a 5 year, bumper to bumper Platinum service warranty included, and at a better price than USAA could provide! After leaving the car for cleaning and a minor repair to one of the tire rims, I have a beautiful, low mileage 1 owner car that I am proud of! Moussa is a great salesperson and he took great care of me. I am thrilled and thanks to Auction Direct USA, I have the car of my dreams! You can't find a better dealer and there was no pressure at all with this purchase. Consider these guys for your next auto purchase in the Raleigh NC area. More
