I recently purchased a Chevy Suburban and had an outstanding experience thanks to Andre. He was incredibly approachable and genuine. He did not approach us with the usual “salesman feel” at all. Sales representative has been great and very helpful, but literally everything else has been not so great. Absolutely no communication between the service department, other sister dealerships, and the repres literally everything else has been not so great. Absolutely no communication between the service department, other sister dealerships, and the representatives. On multiple occasions I am told one timeline and plan accordingly for that, and then I show up and the work has not even been started. Sitting in the dealership for hours on end on my only days off of the week is not only disrespectful, but unprofessional. I would rather people tell me it’s going to take longer rather than just sit in the lobby until I complain enough for someone to do something. My time is one of the most important things to me, and to have this issue over and over again is beyond frustrating. More
