Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Had a deal completely worked out with Clayton on Wednesday the 22nd. He gave me his word on two separate occasions that the deal was done and that my Had a deal completely worked out with Clayton on Wednesday the 22nd. He gave me his word on two separate occasions that the deal was done and that my payment on the lease would be $x.xx per month. At that time I gave them a deposit. Went home that evening and surprised the wife by telling her that I found her the exact color combination on the car she has been wanting for a few weeks now. She was ecstatic. Got a text on the morning of the 24th from the dealer asking me to fill out the credit app so all the paperwork could get completed and delivery setup. Was getting ready to do that and then received a call from the new car Manager telling me that they couldn’t do the deal. Two days after they gave me the numbers, we agreed on a deal, and I paid the deposit. I have never, in my years of purchasing cars, had this happen to me. For them not to honor the deal that they gave me, especially after I paid the deposit, is absolutely unacceptable. To me, that deposit means a binding contract. I certainly hope they have not done this to others, as it was not a fun situation to have to tell my wife that she wasn’t getting her dream car. More

Andrea was an amazing car sales woman. I emailed inquiring about a vehicle and Andrea responded to me in minutes with an extensive on the spot video of the vehicle I was inquiring about. She answered all my questions in the video so I decided to drive up for a test drive. She did not know I was coming but none the less provided on the spot service. I left two hours later with a new car, detailed and full of gas and ready to go- great overall car buying experience. More
