The people are nice and helpful. Everyone I came in contact with offered something to drink. The place is clean and comfortable. Downsizing from a large loaded SUV that had it all and being quite indecisive in general. Sale rep Andrea assisted in making my decision easy by simply asking me what the Volkswagen model I was looking to being quite indecisive in general. My reply, “No ambient lighting” and well problem solved she pointed out the model that had it all. Very pleased with my purchase!
